On September 11, 2017, an Uber driver was traveling westbound on Randolph St. in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. The driver had two passengers in the back seat.
As the driver approached the intersection of Randolph St. and Halsted St., he observed a solid green light. At that time, another driver ran a red light on northbound Halsted St. The vehicle struck the Uber car on the passenger side door. The impact was heavy.
A passenger in the Uber car was severely injured. She was transported to the nearest hospital by ambulance and continues treatment. The passenger has retained LegalRideshare to demand full compensation for the costs of medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and loss of normal life.
LegalRideshare is the only law firm in Chicago entirely dedicated to Uber/Lyft accident and injury claims.
